An intact vineyard wall.
Ivy and other shrubs emerge from between the cracks in the wall. Over time the roots can cause the wall to collapse.

 In some cases the walls become unstable and arch forward.
If the shrubs aren’t removed and the bulges fixed, the wall will eventually cave in.
